This is a Tamiya 32589 Elefant plastic model kit in 1/48 scale.
The Elefant (formerly known as the Ferdinand) was a heavily armored German tank destroyer used during WWII, most famously at the Battle of Kursk and later on the Italian and Eastern Fronts. It mounted a powerful 8.8cm Pak 43 L/71 gun and was designed for long-range anti-tank combat.
This Tamiya kit is part of the 1/48 Military Miniature Series, known for excellent detail and easy-to-build engineering.
