This is a Molotow Markers 102 2mm Liquid Chrome Mirror Effect Marker. 

While the 1mm version is meant for tight details, the 2mm tip is the ideal middle-ground for painting model car bumpers, rims, and medium-sized craft accents

• Tip Profile: 2mm bullet/round nib backed by the Flowmaster capillary pump valve system.
• The Finish: Alcohol-based, highly pigmented ink that self-levels to form a true mirror reflection.
• Application Rule: Must be used on smooth, non-porous surfaces (like polished plastics, resin, or glass). Using it on porous surfaces like raw wood or paper turns the ink into a standard dull silver paint.
• Maintenance: Fully refillable with replaceable nibs.
